The second class in our series of 4 professional skirt making classes, teaches you how to turn your skirt block or straight skirt pattern into a pencil skirt with a fully lined kick pleat.

Over 7 modules and 4 hours of 4K video; you will learn how to draft a knee length and midi length pencil skirt pattern, understanding the differences between the lengths. The course covers techniques for drafting kick pleats, and methods that can be employed to prevent kick pleats from opening when walking, or to help fitting a fuller figure. The kick pleat is fully lined so you will learn how to draft a professional lining pattern.

This class allows you to make a skirt pattern that fits your individual shape and size, designed to your requirements. Finish the class by finalising the pattern, drafting a variety of accompanying components; a straight waistband, facing and lining.

Learn at your own pace with lifetime access to this pre-recorded class. All of our video content is fully subtitled and written in-house, supplied with interactive documents. Questions can be asked in each module.
