Shipping & Delivery

All items are shipped from our offices in the United Kingdom. We offer a worldwide delivery service and try to manage shipping costs to make them reasonable. Shipping costs are based upon the weight and size of the item, please see the below example of a shopping bag and the associated shipping prices.

We use Royal Mail and MyHermes delivery service in the UK and Royal Mail International for Europe, United States and the Rest of the World. We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days. Delivery time is based upon the destination, typical delivery time is between 4 and 12 working days, however this can take longer depending on the local postal service and customs. If applicable any import duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
