Draft the pattern. Learn the principles. Sew the skirt.
Throughout the course, you'll develop a skirt pattern with an A-line silhouette, princess seams and the option of a front slit.
Choose to work from your own fitted skirt block or begin with a straight-skirt pattern that already fits you.
You'll then take your pattern through the complete construction process, learning not only how to make this skirt, but the pattern-cutting and construction principles you can apply to future garments.

The skirt is designed for fabrics with drape. I used rayon and viscose for both the exterior fabric and lining. The course covers how to cut and handle slippery fabrics.
